Window Cleaning

  • Cleaning the internal windows (frames/sills not included with internal windows). Traditional hand clean.

  • Cleaning of the exterior windows (includes frames & sills). Using a water-fed pole and pure water.

Fascias & Soffits

  • Cleaning of the band under a roofs edge, or which forms the outer surface of a cornice. Recommended to be done every 6 months.

  • The material beneath the eave that connects the far edge of your roof to the exterior wall of your house. Underneath your fasicas. Recommended to be done every 6 months.

 FAQs

  • External windows are cleaned using a water-fed pole with 100% pure water. All external window cleans include your frames/sills. The pure water will remove any dirt from the windows and will left to dry naturally. As it is pure water, it will dry without leaving any marks.

    Internal windows can be cleaned with prior arrangement. This service will be quoted for separately due to the additional time it takes. We ask that customers remove all ornaments from the windowsills before we arrive to enable us to carry out this service fully. Frames and sills are not included with internal windows.

  • Those customers who have restricted access, we will text the day before each clean and request you leave the gate unlocked or to check you’ll be home if access through the house is required. If on arrival, we are unable to carry out the clean due to access not being available after the text has been sent then we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

  • Your first clean will include a one-off charge for the extra time it will take to complete the job. This is as the windows will be at their dirtiest when you have your first clean.

  • After your job has been completed, you will receive an invoice with the details of payment. The payment is requested to be made within 3 days. If you do need additional time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can extend your due date. It will need to be paid before your next clean.

  • We work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then discuss how to resolve your complaint promptly. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.

  • We work in all weathers as the purified system does not affect the end result when cleaning in the rain. On the odd occasion where we feel the weather could affect our health and safety we will inform you and rearrange.
