  • External windows are cleaned using a water-fed pole with 100% pure water. All external window cleans include your frames, sills and doors. The pure water will remove any dirt from the windows and will left to dry naturally. As it is pure water, it will dry without leaving any marks.

    Internal windows are cleaned using the traditional squeegee method. We ask that customers remove all ornaments from the window sills before we arrive to enable us to carry out this service fully.

  • No, you don’t need to be home during the clean as long as we have safe access around your home. Please leave any gates unlocked.

    If we need access the back via the house, this will be discussed during your quotation and we will always send reminders to let you know when we are coming.

    If on arrival, we are unable to carry out the clean due to access not being available after you have been sent a reminder then we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

  • We recommend 4 or 8 weekly regular cleans to keep your windows spotless and frames/sills free from build-up.

  • Your first clean will include a one-off charge for the extra time it will take to complete the job. Your windows will be at their dirtiest when you have your first clean and we want to get them to a good standard.

  • We work in all weathers as the purified system does not affect the end result when cleaning in the rain. On the odd occasion where we feel the weather could affect our health and safety we will inform you and rearrange.

  • After your job has been completed, you will receive an invoice with the details of payment. The payment is requested to be made on the same day as your clean. (Commercial work is 30 days). If you do need additional time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can extend your due date. It will need to be paid before your next clean.

  • We work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then discuss how to resolve your complaint promptly. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.
